Pastor C.E. Holsinger of Portsmouth, Ohio is founder and Pastor of Wings of Healing Worship Center. Pastor Chuck has been A.B.I. music director since 2010 and served as Assistant Chairman from 2013 - 2105. In 2015 he was elected to the position of Secretary Treasury where he is currently serving. Pastor Chuck married his wife Amanda in 1999 and now they have three children, Levi, Joshua, and Isaiah. Pastor Chuck is thankful to be part of such a humble group of ministers and is honored to serve them in any capacity.
