 2020 Update
Message from the Lannings

We want to thank you for your prayers, financial support and faithfulness to your ABI convention pledges over the years. Because of you, there is a work of God in Bangladesh.

This year has brought a new set of challenges as the world has been dealing with COVID-19. Bangladesh, just like the U.S. and other countries, has been dealing with schools and businesses closed, lockdowns, and starvation. In addition to all this, Bangladesh was hit with super cyclone Amphan in May which further escalated the crisis. Bro. John Hira reported there was no loss of life; however, the roof of our Benahati church was damaged and needs repaired.

Although there will be no ABI mission’s service this year, we humbly ask you to remember our brothers and sisters in Bangladesh with a 2020 ABI Convention pledge/offering. May the Lord richly bless you for your labor of love to His work in Bangladesh.

Workers together,

Bro. Jeff and Sis. Karen Lanning

When they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the GentilesActs 14:27

In 1973, the Lord opened the doors to a country that had never heard this Gospel.  Sis. Jacqueline Lanning along with her son, Bro. Jeff Lanning, walked through that door; Bro. Herman Lanning made his first trip two years later.  The Lord’s work in Bangladesh continues to grow today!
